Diraq Systems Limited was founded in the year 2000.
The last nine years has been spent developing one of the most sophisticated browser based document management applications available.
The directors are dedicated to the success of their product and listen to what their customers want.
This has resulted in a feature rich product using the very latest technologies and developed within the strict confines of being 100% browser based.
The company always put their customers first and wherever possible will incorporate those changes necessary to make the product perform in line
with their customers' operational procedures.
New developments are always being undertaken whether to improve an existing feature or introduce new functionality. The company plan for a new
software release each year with minor releases being made available as and when required. It is the companies policy to encourage its customers
to take upgrades when available which are included within the support and maintenance costs. This way the purchase of the product is seen as
an investment or an asset which increase in real value to the customer.
Apart from the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software and scanner interface (twain) software, which are licensed from Nuance, DIRAQ
developed all the software themselves within the UK.
Sales have seen healthy increases year on year and by providing flexible leading edge products to our customers we're confident that this trend will continue
with an ever growing user base.
