Scalable quantum current source on commercial 22-nm CMOS process technology
Evidence that a standard commercial 22-nm CMOS chip can generate a precisely quantized electrical current leads to a proposal for a novel chip design. A million of these current sources working in parallel could offer a practical way of realizing electrical current standards on a tabletop, using ordinary semiconductor manufacturing.
Interplay of Zeeman Splitting and Tunnel Coupling in Coherent Spin Qubit Shuttling
Spin shuttling involves physically moving a qubit's spin state between neighboring silicon quantum dots, overcoming short-range connectivity limitations. The technique is performed here with a fidelity of 99.8%, and the study also shows that shuttling errors can be reduced by adjusting the balance between two underlying physical effects.
